Kismet City Hall is open on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 to 12:00 noon. Water bills can be paid with check, money order, or cash. All water bills are due the 10th day of each month. Should you want your bill emailed to you, please call City Hall, 620-563-9503. There is a drop-box located at the front of the building for after-hour payments for your convenience!
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

You may pay your bill in person at Kismet City Hall, 503 Main Street. We accept cash, check, or money orders.
